Drunk Munk opens in Scottsdale

Drunk Munk

Drunk Munk Tiki Bar + Restaurant, a 4,600-square-foot Polynesian-themed restaurant, is now open. The menu, cocktail program and decor are an homage to the islands of the South Pacific, the beaches of Hawaii and the surf culture of Mexico.

Upon entering the restaurant, expect to see vibrant reds and both a massive “Tiki god” Moai statue behind the bar and several other Tiki-inspired totem poles throughout.

The culinary program features dishes one would expect to find on vacation, including flaming pu pu platters. There’s also an extensive list of cocktails, each made with distinct Tiki flair.
