Fairlife to build new production facility in Arizona

Fairlife

Fairlife, a producer of lactose-free dairy products, has announced it will expand to Goodyear, Arizona, in 2020 with a new 300,000-square-foot production and distribution facility. In addition, the $200 million space will bring more than 140 jobs to the Valley.

The facility, which will be located at the corners of Cotton Lane and Thomas Road at the Palm Valley Business Park, will incorporate advanced manufacturing technologies and efficient, energy-saving equipment to reduce power consumption. Fairlife currently runs out of a production plant in Coopersville, Michigan, and distributes to retailers in the United States and Canada.

Business development personalities

presentation

When it comes to business development for professional service firms, there are four types of profiles. According to Jody Sutter, author of “The Small Agency’s Guide to Winning New Business,” they are:

1. Hunters – have an instinct for selling.

2. Promoters – have something to say and aren’t afraid to say it.

3. Communicators – have the ability to simplify complex ideas and can captivate their audience.

4. Thinkers – pore over research and arrive at the big idea.

Sutter also says you must answer these questions: “What are you selling?,” “Who are you selling it to?” and “How are you selling it?”
