First, scoot your bottom more towards the front edge of your chair and sit up tall. Feel the front body lifting up, and the back body lengthening down. Second, stack joints – position knees over heels, shoulders over hips, and the crown of your head over your tail. Third, bring awareness to your breath – calm and steady through the nose. Try to make the inhale and exhale the same length and intensity.
