Maricopa County – and Arizona’s – economic opportunity is in the West Valley of Phoenix. Over the next 25 years, 49.5% of its growth will occur there.
Infrastructure plays a key role in attracting development. The West Valley serves as a major transportation hub and access point via Loop 101, Interstate 10, Loop 303 and Loop 202.
The West Valley provides easy access to three of the nation’s largest economies – California, Texas and Mexico. In fact, Arizona is the only state within a day’s drive of all three.
It is time to reverse the outdated perceptions one might have from 20 years ago.
