Dine in Igloos, Enjoy Additional Safe Activities at Hilton Sedona’s Winter Wonderland

From Dec. 15 through the end of the year, guests and locals alike at Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock can look forward to a unique and elevated holiday experience, from winter wonderland décor to igloo dining and much more. Featuring Executive Chef Brandon Park’s seasonally inspired entrees and a selection of artisan cocktails, the resort’s whimsical igloos are the perfect way to celebrate the holidays in an intimate and safe setting under the stars. Following dinner, guests are invited to gather around the igloo’s private fire pit to roast marshmallows and enjoy Sedona’s star filled skies. The translucent spheres accommodate groups of two to six guests, making them an ideal private, socially-distanced outdoor dining option for couples, families and small groups alike.

Located in the resort’s scenic outdoor garden at ShadowRock Tap + Table, the globes are beautifully furnished and frosted with festive holiday décor.

Hilton Sedona’s igloos are available to resort guests and locals for nightly seating times at 4 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. allowing for a 30-minute deep cleaning and sanitation break between each seating. As the sun sets, the igloos’ sparkling lights illuminate the resort’s scenic outdoor garden, bringing holiday cheer to everyone near.

With wide open spaces and colorful landscapes home to more than 200 hiking and biking trails, social distancing is in Sedona’s DNA. The enhanced cleaning and sanitation measures along with the resort’s commitment to the Hilton CleanStay program remain a top priority throughout the entire resort. Families and guests can enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay from check-in to check-out with new procedures including contactless digital check-in and a Hilton CleanStay room seal to indicate that guest rooms have not been entered since being thoroughly cleaned.

In addition to festive igloo experiences, guests can indulge in a full calendar of holiday events and activities including a holly jolly happy hour, story time with Mrs. Claus, firepit s’mores, festive fitness classes, and much more. A full calendar of activities can be found here. For staycations or remote getaways, guests can book the exclusive Stay & S’more package and save $25 each day.

It’s A Wrap

Jewish Family and Children’s Service (JFCS) is seeking groups and individuals to help sponsor and spread joy to families in need this holiday season by participating in the annual JFCS holiday program It’s A Wrap, the only program in the Phoenix area that serves families for both Chanukah and Christmas.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED:

Interested individuals should complete the online form at https://www.jfcsaz.org/donate/ by November 30.  Financial donations to the program will also be graciously accepted.

Questions should be directed to Jayne Plotkin at 602-567-8334.

JFCS clinicians identify families with the most need and compile a brief “wish list” for each. The clinicians match these families with generous sponsors.

Sponsors receive a wish list sharing details about the family and instructions for wrapping the donations at home and dropping off the donations at Martin Pear JCC on Dec. 4. All gifts are tax deductible.

On the day of the event, JFCS staff and volunteers will be waiting curbside to take items from your car. Masks will be worn by all staff and volunteers.
