Be creative when recruiting employees

creative recruitment

Finding good talent is becoming harder all the time. To help identify and hire for key positions within your company, there are a number of options.

First, post all your positions on your social media feeds. Second, consider Craigslist. YES. The place where you sold your old couch can help you find employees. With postings at $45, these can help fill lower-end positions.

Something else to consider is employee referrals – pay a bonus for new employees. Also, recruit on Saturday. People with current jobs can’t come in during the week. Steal them for yourself with a Saturday interview option.
