plant based foods

Sana Sana, a plant-based food truck and catering company specializing in indigenous ancestral foods from North and South America, has transitioned its entire business model from mobile kitchen to mobile pantry.

In addition to the more obvious offerings including dry soup mixes and coffee, Sana Sana also features atole mix, a traditional corn- and masa-based beverage of Mesoamerican origin; amaranth, which is an ancient grain that was once a staple of Inca, Maya and Aztec civilizations and known for being rich in protein, fiber, micro-nutrients and antioxidants; and tepary beans, native Southwestern legumes that are an excellent source of calcium.
