Oklahoma’s warmer temps will soon come to an end with fall weather right around the corner, which means there is limited time left to enjoy our state’s lakes. This summer, we have focused our RV trips on destinations with lakes because, as we all know, it’s too hot to be anywhere but the water during Oklahoma summer days.
Here are a few trips to plan in your RV before the summer heat runs out:
• Grand Lake O’ The Cherokees in north-east Oklahoma.
• Broken Bow Lake in Beaver’s Bend State Park.
• Lake of the Arbuckles in Sulphur.
• Lake Murray in Ardmore.
