Ready to join the Cozy Cardio Club?

If the dog days of summer have you dreading your daily workout, you might want to check out “cozy cardio.” Its founder is TikToker Hope Zuckerbrow and it’s all about creating a chill fitness routine.

For Zuckerbrow, that means rolling out of bed in your pajamas, lighting a candle, keeping the lights low, walking on a treadmill, enjoying your favorite beverage and listening to comfy music.

Personal trainer Ellen Thompson says it’s perfect for those who just can’t get out of bed in the morning: “Adding cozy elements can create a more inviting atmosphere.” So basically, it’s comfy and effective.
