Hospice of the Valley is Arizona’s leading provider of end-of-life care, helping patients since volunteers founded our nonprofit agency in 1977. We care for the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of our patients and their families.
Our in-home palliative care programs help those struggling to manage chronic illness, transitioning from the hospital or living with dementia.
Our complimentary services include grief support; perinatal program for expectant couples who are told their baby will not survive after birth; music and pet therapy; and help with senior placement and living wills. We honor veterans nearing end of life with a special tribute.
