Francine, the long-planned 5,000-square-foot fine dining restaurant in the luxury wing of Scottsdale Fashion Square, will officially open for dinner service on Aug. 14.
The brainchild of acclaimed restaurateur Laurent Halasz, who is best known for his Fig & Olive restaurant in California, Francine is located alongside Nobu, Toca Madera and Ocean 44. Valley native and classically French trained chef Brian Archibald will lead the culinary team. He brings nearly three decades of culinary experience to the upscale concept including notable tenures at The Phoenician, Boulders Resort, JW Marriott Resort & Spa and many more. The concept is named in homage to Halasz’s mother.
