with general feelings of well-being and euphoria.
In numerous studies, drumming was found to reduce anxiety
and significantly lower blood pressure.
Part movement and part music lesson,
this session is sure to enliven all the senses!
For this class you only need yourself for the body drumming session. No previous experience required.
