Copper State of Mind

Copper State of Mind

It was shortly after I turned 18 that I registered to vote. I don’t really remember the act of registering, but I do remember going to the polling booth in 1984 to cast my vote for president.

There have been lots of votes cast since that time – for city, county, state and federal elections. A few election cycles ago I decided to put myself on the permanent mail-in ballot list. There is a lot of power in filling in the little bubbles next to the candidate’s name of your choice. Whatever that choice may be, please be sure to vote.
