Tuesday, April 5 was Arizona Gives Day, dedicated to online giving for nonprofits across the state, such as the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona (CFBSA).
Operating a network of local farming partners, distribution networks and volunteers, CFBSA is leading the way towards a healthy, hunger-free community. Last year they distributed 86 million pounds of food through 385 partners across five counties in southern Arizona, providing $300,000 worth of fresh produce from local growers to families and seniors.
So far, CFBSA raised $98,600 of their $100,000 Arizona Gives Day goal. Donate now to keep the spirit of giving alive.
