There are over 13,000 kids in Arizona’s foster care system. Most come with little more than the clothes on their back, and many have been either neglected or abused, or both.
Since 1983, Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation (AFFCF) has served to promote the self-esteem and enrich the lives of these children by providing social, athletic and educational activities while they live through very difficult circumstances.
To date, AFFCF has awarded nearly $10.6 million to foster care youth, helping assist with the costs of sports, art and other extracurricular activities that they would not otherwise be able to afford.
