Springtime in Phoenix is the best time to experience Arizona’s 34th Annual Renaissance Festival. Open 10am-6pm rain or shine, the 50-acre medieval village offers a full-day adventure filled with jousting tournaments, costumes and feasts.
It’s located in Gold Canyon with 16 stages for circus entertainment and live music. While there, visitors can shop for a wide array of crafts, relax with a massage or even ride on a human catapult.
In honor of Deaf Awareness Day March 26, signed interpretations of the day’s William Shakespeare performances will be available as visitors celebrate Theater Weekend at the Arizona Renaissance Festival.
